Bradley Manning through his attorney, announced that he was beginning hormone treatment to become a woman and that he should be referred to as Chelsea Manning. Since then, a flurry of misinformation and questionable comments about transgender people has percolated the media. On the next edition of Life Elsewhere we take a closer look at Transgender issues.
